Caves

Our ancestors lived in them. We photographers should not ignore them!

Milodon's vista

Looking out of the cave where Milodon remains have been found. Surely this prehistoric animal had a great taste for choosing a home!

Bull's cave

Located at the coast near Lebu, this cave reportedly served as operational base for pirates in centuries past. This photo was made with 1/8th second exposure time, leaning against the rock to steady the camera.

Spooky!

Another view of the Bull's Cave. I like those sharp ghosts inhabiting it!

Panul mine

Deep under the Panul plateau, which was seafloor eons ago, miners dig out compacted shellfish. These mines lend themselves very well to light painting with long exposure times.
